Project Management for Business Central – Date Filter
The standard jobs functionality in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central helps you to manage projects and contracts for your organization. This functionality enables users to define project structures, plan and manage tasks in projects and manage project budgets vs. actuals. This functionality works well for many companies but is not always sufficient for project-centric businesses to run their business well.
The Prodware Project Management for Business Central is made up of different apps that take the standard jobs functionality a few steps further and increases the efficiency & flexibility of managing projects and providing better insights. This results in time savings and error reduction and enhances the ability to complete projects on schedule and within budget.
With the Date Filter app, only the detail data of the selected period is shown. Especially where projects run for a period of months or even years, this app gives the project manager the ability to have an overview on the current project lines. The Date Filters can be setup in the Job Setup for all projects.
The Date Filter app reduces manually searching for the current task lines especially when projects have no end date or run for several years.
